In the Hamlet of the Wallachian Dukes in Kozlovice (Frýdek-Místek district) on the right bank of the Ondřejnice river, you can find a curiosity, something that is not to be seen anywhere else - a reconstructed mill with a 250 m long mill leat, and a fully functional mill wheel. The mill itself is a dominant of the newly opened premises "Na mlyne” (or At the Mill), which consist also of an open-air museum, a fancy restaurant U Mlynarky (At the Mill-woman's), accommodation in attic rooms and outside apartments, and a roofed grill with a large garden sitting-out space. The chair on which the prominent of Czech music world renowned composer Leos Janacek often sat is still a part of the historic interior of the mill. It was this place that provided Janacek with inspiration while he was composing "Jeji pastorkyna". Today the mill is a center of knowledge, excellent cuisine and entertainment. The home-made food is complemented by wine list with generous wines from the whole South Moravia.
